Starting out with your first social media posts can feel a little… overwhelming. What should you post? When? And how often? Don’t worry – we’re keeping it simple and doable.
Start with a Goal
Think about what you want from your social media. Are you hoping to grow a community, sell a product, or just share your passion? That goal will help guide your content ideas.
Choose 3 Content Types
Remember those content types we talked about? Pick just three to start:
- 💬 Promotional
- 🌿 Behind the scenes
- 💡 Educational or how-tos
This keeps your page balanced and your ideas focused.
Batch Your Ideas
Spend 15–30 minutes writing down 5–10 quick post ideas. Don’t worry if they’re not perfect – you’re brainstorming, not publishing yet! Need help? Ask ChatGPT to help you come up with ideas for your niche.
Make a Simple Plan
Open a calendar (or grab the content plan template I shared!) and slot in your posts. Just two or three per week is a great start.
Psst… Want to feel extra organized?
